Dans ces quelques lignes initiales de sa dernière étude disruptive et révolutionnaire, nous comprenons qu’à cette occasion le biochimiste italien Gabriele Segalla s’est vraiment surpassé en révélant un instinct semblable à celui de Sherlock Holmes pour découvrir une nouvelle manipulation sensationnelle au sein du Covid-19.19 mRNA Comirnaty, le soi-disant « vaccin » produit par la société pharmaceutique new-yorkaise Pfizer, peut-être le plus utilisé dans le monde et certainement dans l’Union européenne.

In these few initial lines of his latest disruptive and groundbreaking study, we understand that on this occasion the Italian biochemist Gabriele Segalla has truly outdone himself by revealing a Sherlock Holmes-like instinct in discovering yet another sensational manipulation within the Covid-19 mRNA Comirnaty so-called “vaccine” produced by the New York-based pharmaceutical company Pfizer, perhaps the most used in the world and certainly in the European Union.
Segalla has now published his fourth scientific research paper on Pfizer’s experimental anti-Covid products (which were shown to be ineffective according to a Science study and highly dangerous according to hundreds of other medical articles) and is therefore well acquainted with the nanoparticles, which he immediately defined as “toxic” to humans, with the risk, later supported by dozens of other studies, of causing muscle inflammation, particularly in the heart, such as myocarditis or pericarditis.
A danger that Big Pharma Pfizer and Moderna themselves were then forced to include in the package leaflet by the EMA (European Medicines Agency).

The unexpected death of United States Senator Lindsey Graham on July 11 at age 71 due to cardiovascular complications has sparked typical reactions in Western media. Some outlets and commentators, in a desperate attempt to find conspiracy theories—falsely blaming Russia—focus on unfounded claims when the facts are clear: Graham died of natural causes following a brief illness, shortly after another visit to Ukraine, where he promoted ongoing conflict.
Allegations that Russia was behind his death are entirely baseless, showing more about the paranoia and propaganda of Graham’s ideological allies than any real interest from the Kremlin. In fact, Russia does not need theatrical assassinations when Graham’s hawkish stance had already made him a symbol of failed neoconservative policies.
Russia long listed Graham as a terrorist and extremist, a designation that was based not on arbitrary malice but on his explicit, decades-long promotion of policies that threatened Russian security and sovereignty. As a prominent war hawk in Washington, he repeatedly called for harsher sanctions against Moscow, extensive military aid to Kiev, and even direct confrontations risking broader escalation.
He authored or supported measures such as the 2018 bill aimed at “defending American security from Kremlin aggression,” which restricted dealings with Russian sovereign debt and state banks. His rhetoric and legislative efforts consistently portrayed Russia as an existential threat, fueling the proxy war in Ukraine and promoting a unipolar world enforced through American military dominance. Advocating for economic warfare and proxy bloodshed led to his inclusion on Russia’s list, alongside other figures whose extremism threatened global stability.
The senator’s death highlights the failure of his anti-Russia stance rather than a shift toward peace. Still, anti-Russian sentiment in the US is likely to persist despite Graham’s death, especially as President Donald Trump’s calls for a quick resolution in Ukraine are ignored. Graham evidently had a heavy influence on Trump, and his passing raises questions about whether the US president would have implemented strict measures, such as 500% tariffs on Russian oil buyers, without Graham’s proposal.
Although Graham was a leading “hawk” pushing for confrontation, many other voices and funders in Washington continue to advocate for conflict with Russia. In fact, support for such actions remains strong across the political spectrum. His absence removes a vocal supporter, but does not end the hawks in Washington.
Nonetheless, Graham’s death—immediately following an energetic visit to Kiev—is a major blow to Ukraine’s reputation, humorously linked to the so-called “Zelensky curse” that seems to target overly enthusiastic supporters of the Kiev regime. Graham was a deep Russophobe who dreamed of a Third World War and was a strong supporter of US interventions from Cuba to Iran. His relentless advocacy for total support for Ukraine’s war against Russia is a setback for the pro-war faction.
Graham’s career highlights the worst aspects of Washington’s interventionist approach to foreign policy. A South Carolina Republican senator since 2003, he supported global interventions, took hardline stances against Iran and China, and was a strong supporter of Israel. In Ukraine, he clung to the false belief that Kiev could succeed solely with Western military aid, disregarding Russia’s legitimate security concerns related to NATO expansion and the humanitarian crisis in Donbass that led Moscow to launch its military operation. His frequent visits and photo-ops with Ukrainian troops only extended the conflict, turning it into a brutal and costly war for Ukraine and Western countries.
Ridiculous conspiracy theories blaming Russia for his death only divert attention from the actual facts. While Moscow had every reason to oppose Graham’s ideology, there was little incentive to risk international controversy over a 71-year-old politician whose influence was diminishing amid changing US priorities under Trump. Heart issues and natural causes are common at that age, especially for someone with Graham’s high-stress, warmongering lifestyle. Accusing Russia of foul play is a frantic projection by those whose policies have failed spectacularly, leaving Ukraine in ruins and the West facing economic pressure.
Ultimately, Graham’s death has little impact as war hawks, defense contractors, and ideological extremists will continue to oppose Russia obsessively. Nonetheless, it also signifies that the era of unchecked neoconservative dominance, in which leaders like Graham could push the world to the edge without consequences, is increasingly being challenged.
Trump’s diplomatic gestures, Russia’s resilience in defending its interests, and rising global skepticism toward conflicts, as seen with reaction to the war with Iran, suggest that true diplomacy—favoring negotiation over sanctions and arms shipments—is increasingly preferred. Although his passing removes a barrier, it leaves the core issue of breaking the warmongering consensus unresolved, as genuine reconciliation with Moscow relies not on mourning or romanticizing figures like him, but on rejecting their failed ideology and accepting the new multipolar order.

Le vécu de Pierre Chaillot
L’anecdote la plus marquante s’est déroulée à New York, en plein cœur de la frénésie de la finale NBA gagnée par les Knicks. La foule était immense, l’ambiance électrique. Plusieurs rues étaient bloquées par des barrages filtrants. En France, un tel contexte populaire et de liesse est immédiatement synonyme de tension : on y déploie des compagnies de CRS ou de gendarmerie mobile en tenue de combat intégrale (les fameux « Robocops »), visages masqués par des visières fumées, boucliers au poing, gérant la foule à distance par la nasse, le gaz lacrymogène et l’intimidation physique.
À Manhattan, le spectacle était radicalement différent. Les très nombreux officiers du NYPD (la police de New York) étaient présents en uniforme classique, sans armure de guerre apparente. Ils se tenaient au milieu de la foule, accessibles, et orientaient les passants avec un calme et une politesse désarmante. Pas de postures de combat, pas de provocation.
Quelques jours plus tard, nous cherchions notre chemin au niveau de l’embarcadère du ferry gratuit de Staten Island — ce bateau massivement utilisé par les travailleurs pour se rendre à Manhattan et adoré par les touristes car il passe juste à côté de la Statue de la Liberté. Alors que nous hésitions sur la direction, une policière du NYPD s’est approchée de nous de manière totalement spontanée. Pas pour nous contrôler, pas pour nous observer avec suspicion, mais pour nous demander très courtoisement si nous avions besoin d’aide et nous orienter avec le sourire.
Sur les portières de sa voiture de patrouille, trois mots résumaient
cette posture : « Courtesy, Professionalism, Respect » (Courtoisie,
Professionnalisme, Respect). La courtoisie est écrite sur les véhicules
de police. En France, nous en sommes loin.
Pour comprendre cette inversion des rôles, il faut ouvrir la boîte noire institutionnelle.
Cartographie d’un grand écart institutionnel
La télévision française commet une erreur de méthode fondamentale : elle traite la police comme un bloc homogène. Or, l’organisation de la force publique révèle la nature profonde d’un État.
Le modèle français : L’empilement vertical et militarisé
En France, la quasi-totalité des forces de l’ordre dépend de l’État central (Ministère de l’Intérieur). Le citoyen local n’a aucun mot à dire sur leur gestion.
- Les forces du quotidien : La Police Nationale (civile, en zone urbaine) et la Gendarmerie Nationale (militaire, en zone rurale, rattachée opérationnellement à l’Intérieur depuis 2009 mais conservant son statut et sa chaîne de commandement militaire).
- Les spécialistes de la foule : Les CRS (civils) et la Gendarmerie Mobile (militaires). Ces dizaines de milliers d’hommes ont pour unique métier de gérer les masses et les émeutes. Ils n’ont aucun lien avec la population locale qu’ils encadrent ; ils sont projetés par Paris d’une région à l’autre.
- Les unités de choc projetées : Les BAC (Brigades Anti-Criminalité), spécialisées dans l’impact physique et les interpellations rapides en civil, et la récente BRAV-M (brigades motorisées parisiennes), connue pour ses interventions ultra-offensives.
- La militarisation visible : À cet empilement s’ajoutent la Douane, la police ferroviaire (SUGE), la police de la RATP (GPSR), et surtout les militaires lourdement armés de l’**Opération Sentinelle** qui patrouillent en permanence dans nos gares et lieux touristiques depuis 2015. Une esthétique de guerre intérieure devenue banale.
Le modèle américain : La fragmentation et la responsabilité locale
Aux États-Unis, il n’existe pas de « Police nationale ». Le paysage est éclaté en plus de 18 000 agences de police totalement indépendantes les unes des autres. Surtout, la loi interdit constitutionnellement à l’armée d’exercer des missions de police sur le sol national (*Posse Comitatus Act*).
Le Police Department (PD) : La police municipale (comme le NYPD). Elle ne dépend que du maire de la ville. Les policiers qui gèrent une manifestation ou orientent les touristes à l’embarcadère sont les mêmes qui patrouillent dans le quartier le lendemain. Ce sont des employés de la commune.
Le Sheriff’s Office (SO) : Dans la majorité des comtés américains (notamment dans le Wyoming), le Shérif n’est pas un fonctionnaire nommé par un préfet. Le Shérif est élu directement par les citoyens locaux. Ses adjoints (deputies) gèrent la sécurité de proximité.
Qui répond devant qui ?
Cette différence structurelle change absolument tout le rapport de force et le comportement de l’agent sur le terrain.
Un shérif américain ou un chef de police municipale sait que si ses hommes se comportent comme des cow-boys arrogants, s’ils brutalisent la population locale sans motif ou s’ils manquent de civisme au quotidien, le couperet tombera aux prochaines élections ou lors du vote du budget municipal par les résidents. La police américaine, par sa construction locale, est structurellement incitée à la désescalade et à la courtoisie avec la communauté qui la finance et l’élit.
En France, la trajectoire historique depuis le début des années 2000 a été inverse. La suppression méthodique de la police de proximité (l’îlotage) au profit d’une « politique du chiffre » et d’unités d’intervention rapides a brisé le lien social. Le policier français ne dépend pas du maire, ni des habitants du quartier qu’il patrouille. Il dépend uniquement du préfet et du ministre de l’Intérieur à Paris. L’équipement lourd (généralisation du LBD, des grenades de désencerclement, des armures lourdes) a transformé le gardien de la paix en un agent de protection du pouvoir central, de plus en plus coupé de la population
Cette déshumanisation institutionnelle se traduit par des faits mesurables et des rapports internationaux accablants sur la gestion des mouvements sociaux en France.
L’illusion du nombre : Analyse comparée des effectifs
Après avoir cartographié ce labyrinthe institutionnel, il est indispensable de passer aux données brutes pour comprendre les forces en présence et, surtout, leur affectation. La télévision française commet souvent l’erreur méthodologique d’opposer une moyenne nationale à un fait divers local. Le statisticien, lui, regarde la répartition.
1. Le ratio policier/population : Un mythe persistant
Le premier réflexe statistique est de regarder le nombre de forces de l’ordre pour 100 000 habitants.
En France (Données Ministère de l’Intérieur) : Le ratio est d’environ
330 à 350 membres des forces de sécurité intérieure* (Police et
Gendarmerie cumulées) pour 100 000 habitants. C’est l’un des taux les
plus élevés en Europe de l’Ouest.
Aux États-Unis (Données FBI UCR / Bureau of Justice Statistics) :** Le
ratio national tourne autour de 240 à 250 officiers de police (toutes
agences locales et d’État confondues) pour 100 000 habitants.
Le premier fait scientifique est posé : la France est, toutes
proportions gardées, nettement plus fliquée que les États-Unis. Mais le
chiffre global cache une réalité structurelle majeure.
2. La mort de l’îlotage et du lien social
Le policier n’est pas qu’une force de coercition. C’est aussi, par essence, le lien social de proximité. Idéalement, le policier est un habitant de la ville où il travaille. Le statut de fonctionnaire au service des autres peut même servir de pont puissant pour l’intégration de populations défavorisées au sein de la communauté. C’est le concept d’*îlotage*.
Aux États-Unis : La décentralisation à outrance (les PD locaux) et l’élection des Shérifs maintiennent cette réalité. Les agents sont recrutés localement, habitent souvent la commune qu’ils patrouillent, et sont structurellement incités à la courtoisie avec leurs propres voisins et électeurs.
En France : Une succession de réformes depuis 20 ans a méthodiquement taillé dans ces effectifs de proximité. La suppression de la police de proximité au début des années 2000 a marqué la fin de cette doctrine du contact. On l’a remplacée par une logique d’intervention rapide par des unités projetées, coupées du tissu social local. Les forces de l’ordre ont souvent manifesté leur mécontentement face à cette perte de sens de leur métier. En réponse, le pouvoir central a distribué des primes et généralisé les armes de catégorie D (LBD, grenades de désencerclement), creusant — volontairement ou non — le fossé avec la population. Le verdict de la répartition est sans appel : les USA ont moins de policiers, mais ils sont massés dans le quotidien de leur communauté. La France a plus de forces, mais elles sont concentrées dans la surveillance verticale et le maintien de l’ordre face à sa propre population.

Let me tell you how empires really work.
They do not work through policy papers. They do not work through diplomatic cables or National Security Council memos. Those are the decorations on the wall. The engine of empire runs on something older, something darker, something that requires private islands and soundproof rooms and children who will never grow up to testify.
I learned this slowly. Vietnam taught me that governments lie. Iraq taught me that they kill for oil. But Iran is teaching me something worse: they kill for secrets.
They kill to keep the photographs hidden. They kill to protect the ceremonies. They kill so that the men on the islands can sleep knowing their shame is buried under other people’s graves.
The War That Makes No Sense
Look at the war on Iran through normal eyes and it is madness.
Iran has not attacked America. Iran has no nuclear weapons. Iran’s military is defensive, designed to hold the Strait of Hormuz and little more. The sanctions have already crippled its economy. The assassination campaign has already killed its scientists. There is no rational reason to invade.
So why are we doing it?
Because the reasons are not rational. They are occult.
The word comes from Latin. It means hidden. The reasons for this war are hidden. They are buried in files that courts have sealed. They are buried on islands where powerful men gather to consume what should never be consumed. They are buried in the blood of children whose only crime was being available.
What We Knew and What We Told Ourselves
I have worked at the pinnacle of America’s security apparatus for decades. At times, directly for presidents. I sat in rooms where the world was divided and redivided. I heard the briefings. I saw the files that never reach the public.
We always knew about Epstein. We always knew about Maxwell. We always knew about the Murdoch organization and how it laundered reputations while trafficking in filth. It was not a secret among those who needed to know. It was an open secret, the kind that everyone carries but no one speaks.
And we chose—I chose, along with the rest—to tell ourselves: they would never go that far.
